My Belief: Every Individual Is a Grain of Corn

To accomplish all this, we need to enable people towards new ways of thinking and engaged modes of action. Everyone is creative in their own way and thus has the tools needed to be innovative. This individual disposition can be nurtured and applied in an ideal way. Curiosity, the joy of experimenting, the desire to learn and the pleasure of creating and shaping one’s own environment often lie buried under many tough layers of routine, habits and negative experiences. Sometimes it only requires a small impulse to free this constructive potential: creativity.

My Qualification: Psychology X Creativity X Innovation Know-How

My university degrees (M.S. Creative Studies, SUNY, Buffalo, NY and Dipl. Psych. Occupational- & Organizational Psychology, RWTH Aachen, Germany) build the know-how base for my work in creative problem solving (CPS). My German and international career enabled me to gain experiences in applying these methods effectively in various company cultures and industries. My comprehensive interest in technology combined with the pleasure in resolving complex challenges has contributed to my successes as project manager.
